Circa 59, a seafood and modern equivalent of the classic American Steakhouse, will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner featuring menus with a modern twist on some traditional favorites. Adam Votaw serves as Executive Chef. Votaw created a menu of a-la-carte menu of classic dishes as well as ?classics re-invented.? Adam Votaw will also provide his expertise for the swanky Starlight Lounge, sophisticated Side Bar, and relaxing poolside Bikini Bar. The Starlight Lounge is a handsome retreat perfect for a classic cocktail or soothing nightcap; with the Sidebar specializing in hand-crafted, signature cocktails. Sunday night is also wine lovers' night, with half off bottled wine.
