The Claremont was the first hotel built in Westwood Village. A simple building with friendly staff and no frills, this is an inexpensive place to stay while remaining in proximity to everything LA has to offer. At $43 a night there are no extras offered except the ideal location, which places you in the heart of UCLA's Westwood Village, steps from shopping, museums and entertainment. Complimentary coffee & tea. The Claremont does provide direct dial phone, daily maid service, and a helpful 24 hour staff. -- Alex Asher Sears

bare bones!
just a room, nothing else! lumpy mattress, old bathroom, no tv and no air conditioning. BUDGET MINDED TRAVELERS ONLY! Great location though near UCLA and on bus lines.
