Fioretto Trattoria   

In a minimall is not always where you find good restaurants, but this romantic eatery is in just this sort of location. Fioretto's Trattoria has good Italian food, with interesting specials and lovely wines in an intimate atmosphere. I liked the gnocchi and the pizza, both with a light, sweet sauce. The service is very pleasant, and parking is easy. Between the Marina frwy and Centinela Blvd. We will be back soon!

I've eaten several times at this little charmer of a restaurant. The chef/owner Daivd is from Tuscany and his menu reflects the genuine fresh and seasonal cuisine of the region. In fact, he changes his menu with the seasons. So he creates four menus each year. I recently had the risotto with braised lamb served with dry aged shaved ricotta. It was superb. The food is as genuine and authentic as it's owner. The prices are very reasonable. The wine list is mostly Italian and also reasonablyt priced.
