Chef Masasuke Shimakawa oversees preparation of Asian-inspired cuisine and expertly prepared sushi and sashimi in this contemporary styled restaurant. The striking decor is accented by dramatic displays of semi-precious stones, silk lanterns and custom onyx chandeliers as well as a 2,000 gallon saltwater aquarium at the bar. Guests are invited to cook tableside when ordering from the new Ishi Yaki Menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
