This basic motel is conveniently located across the street from CBS Studios, a few blocks from the famous Third Street Farmers Market and a few more blocks from the mega Beverly Center Shopping Center (also has movie theaters). By car, guests are five minutes from the Sunset Strip, 10 minutes from Beverly Hills and Hollywood. Rooms come with one or two beds, and some are suites. There's a free continental breakfast and 24-hour coffee/tea in the lobby. Rooms have televisions, phones and bathrooms. Some have mini- refrigerators. There's a vending machine with candies and chips in the lobby. There is no pool and there are no data ports, but guests are welcome to use the motel's fax machine. -- Cathy Tamkin
