Yummm!! I love H&B,The food is EXCELLENT!! I love the Red snapper and Catfish, oh don't foget to order a bowl of Gumbo! The prices don't matter; it's worth it. The parking could be better but overall it's the bomb and I go every chance I get. Go today!! :)

I HAD LUNCH A H&B RECENTLY AND I REALLY BELIEVE THIS RESTAURANT IS OVERATED. THE SERVICE WAS VERY POOR AND THE SHRIMP THAT WAS SERVED WITH THE SEAFOOD PLATTER WAS NOT FRESH. THEY HAD A VERY "FISHY" TASTE. FOR THE PRICE THAT I PAID I EXPECTED BETTER SERVICE AND BETTER QUALITY FOOD. I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT THE "HYPE" IS ABOUT. FOR THE REPUTATION OF THE RESTAURANT I EXPECTED BETTER THAN WHAT I RECEIVED. NOT ONLY DID I HAD TO DEAL WITH POOR SERVICE AND LOW QUALITY FOOD, THE PARKING WAS HORRIBLE. THE ONLY HALF DECENT PARKING WAS VALET PARKING WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN FREE. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS DISAPPOINTING. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. YOU PROBABLY WOULD DO BETTER AT HOME WITH ZATARAINS. THE ONLY THING I ENJOYED WAS THE SALAD AND BREAD.

Pros: The food is great, and i'm a big food critic. Great sides as simple as French bread. I would go again when i feel like spending 30 dollars?

H&B's rocks. I have had creole/southern food in Nawlins' and some of the places there couldn't touch H&B's. The place doesn't have to be in New Orleans for it to have authentic and good food. Also, stop whining about the prices. It's not a place you'd go to everyday anyway but with most of the meals you'll be taking stuff home for the next day so you're really getting two meals out of it. If you feel like being cheap just split it with someone. You'll save money and you'll still get full.
