Hennessey's Tavern   

This particular Hennessey's (there are 11 in all) happens to be the best place to go on the Hermosa Pier to have a nice cold cocktail/brew after work. The staff is always super friendly and they have got the best cheese fries! The food is good, not spectacular, but seriously, who goes to a bar and expects anything better than burgers and chicken fingers? The best part of all, besides 3 full bars, is their roof-top deck, where all you can see is the Pacific Ocean and HOT beach goers. This place is not to be looked over on your visit to Hermosa Beach.

Very nice location, but very boring food. Stick to beer, as the mixed drinks are pricey and weak. Best to drink at the bar, in order to avoid the waiteresses. Nice views though, and if you just want beer, sometimes better than waiting in line at the other local hotspots.
