Located just steps from the businesses, shops, fine dining and entertainment of Westwood Village, the Hilgard House is a small, friendly place to stay. Also within walking distance are the UCLA Medical Center and the UCLA campus. Though there's no restaurant on the premises, a free Continental Breakfast can be delivered to your room (or you can eat it in the lobby). Every room includes an ice-maker, refrigerator, TV and data ports. There is no pool, but some suites have a whirlpool and kitchen. Parking is free. -- Cathy Tamkin
