What can you say...it's a chain!
It's a chain restaurant with a chain restaurant attitude. They've got a prime location near students, shoppers and movie goers. Is it phenomenal? No. Can it rival a true NY deli? No. Is it a welcome place to fill up on decent but insanely huge portions? Absolutely.
