If you hate really searching for bargains (and trying on clothes surrounded by other women doing the same) forget Loehmann's. If you do have the patience to carefully look through rack after rack of clothing (some of it outdated and tacky), come to where it all began. On our last visit, we spied Anne Klein II trench coats, Perry Ellis blouses, Bill Blass dresses and Giorgio Sant'Angelo pieces at a fraction of prices elsewhere. Loehmann's receives daily deliveries. Numerous other locations.
