The Renaissance is just steps away from the Long Beach Convention Center, as well as the shopping, dining and entertainment on the popular Pine Street. A shuttle will take guests to attractions close by, such as the Queen Mary and Shoreline Village. The hotel is "casually elegant," offering a great deal of amenities to its guests. Rooms and suites include city or ocean views, coffeemaker and newspaper, voicemail, second telephone with dataport, mini-bar, cable television and in-room movies, and hairdryers. On the top two floors, there's the Renaissance Club for ultra-private, quiet accommodations. These rooms include special elevator keys, complimentary designer toiletries, bathrobes, and irons/ironing boards. Club guests can enjoy the Club Lounge, with complimentary continental breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres. The hotel has several eating areas, such as the indoor La Trattoria, the outdoor Presto Station cafe and Palm Terrace, a lounge for evening relaxation. Room service is also available. Recreational amenities include a heated pool, Jacuzzi, fitness room, sauna and professional masseuse.
