Ross Dress For Less   

After returning home with my purchase I saw that one of the shirts had ALL of the buttons missing. I tried to return it. First, I was stopped by a security guard. Then, he called over a woman employee who had me explain everything to her. But, she didn't help me she sent me to Register 8. I waited several minutes only to be told by the cashier that she was closed. I went to another register and the cashier said that to get a refund I had to have a passport. I had paid cash that very day and still had my receipt. What a low class, worthless store! STAY AWAY FROM ROSS! That is, if you have any self worth. They deserve to go bankrupt!

Never before have I been in a more filthy store. The merchandise is scattered all over the floor and is walked on and stepped on. The employees do not have the pride to keep the store in order. It is definitely lacking even the most elementary management. If you have low self esteem and no personal pride then this is the place for you. I have been a long time customer and have seen this downhill slide for a long time. Its just not worth the dollar savings for me and I will not return. No class. A real dump. Only the desperate and lowest socio-economic classes are customers now.
