This no frills motel has very few amenities, including color television, private bathroom and air conditioning. There's an unheated swimming pool and free parking. Complimentary coffee is available in the lobby, but no continental breakfast. Located just a short drive from all the hottest attractions on the Sunset Strip, including the House of Blues, the Laugh Factory and the Viper Room, its central location make it an excellent choice for the ambitious tourist. A few blocks away are other Hollywood staples including Mann's Chinese Theater, the Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Bowl. The motel has weekly rates and tour information in the lobby. -- Cathy Tamkin
