I have tried to contact the store manager, Madeline, to express my frustration in getting a dishwasher that was to be installed on Mon. April 2l. Several attempts were made to the installation service to get a date for installation. Due to my hearing impairment, it has been difficult to so because of the phone procedure in following call backs. I have returned to the store 3 times to have them assist me but even so we have not been able to get a date and time for installation. The sale persons have been helpful but as of today I still don't have a time and date for installation..Your ad in store and catalog states: Next day installation...we guarante it..etc...What next?
