St. Nick's Pub Restaurant and Bar   

Being at the cross of La Cienega (across from the Beverly Connection) and Third means two things for St. Nicks: It's convenient to studios and agencies, so expect a few happy hour suits; but it's on a sleepy part of Third, so it's still largely "normal" folk. The cozy Irish theme is like your typical favorite college pub, only with a safely-past-kegger crowd that expands predictably Thursday through Saturdays. If there's such a thing as a meat market with no-frills class (they've even got a veggie burger), St. Nick's could be it.
