Sunset Tower Hotel   

Apparently the ne owner of the Argyle is re-vamping the hotel and it's staff - for the worst, not better. The service we recieved from "shawna" and the owner Jeff Klein was positivly the most UNprofessional we have ever experienceed. Being in the music industry I shoudl be used to informal settings and unusual service. Jeff Klein actually called me himself to talk about my complaints, which really surprised me. Usually something like that is pawned off to the General Manager - or at least someone who works at the hotel. Not someone like Mr. Klein who I found out is based out of New York, and doesn't even live in LA full time - like myself. The rooms are filthy and the food is awful. The only time I have ever enjoyed the Argyle is when I saw the episode of "Fastlane" that was filmed there. If you like a dirty banged up room, crap food and horrible, rude attitude than The Argyle is your place. If not stay far away.
