Target   

On 04/28/05, I went into the store to return a pair of shorts my son received as a present that did not fit. I had the receipt, but the tags were not on the short. Upon walking up to the counter, my first words were, " I would like to return these shorts please". The girl behing the counter never said hello, okay, no problem, nothing. She then said you have no tags on the merchandise. I explained it was a present, but that I got the receipt from my Aunt and asked, " is that enough?" She said ya, but you need to go find shorts just like them with tag and bring them to the counter. I said, I have to find shorts. She said, yes you do. I said, I don't have time for that. I just want my return. She rolled her eyes. And then called anther emploee over to go get the shorts. I think its terrible that she is the one getting paid to work and she is asking the customer to go get the shorts for the tag. I spend alot of money at Target but when things like that happen it makes you wonder or think of other places to shop. I hope you take the time to train you employees thats not how you treat your customers that create there pay checks. Checker # TM****1974 AT THE TORRANCE TARGET
