Dear Mr. Bob Ulrich, CEO,Target On Sunday, 7/14/06 I visited the Long Beach, CA Target Store. My experience was very sad and not welcome according to your policy. Here's my complaint, I wanted to purchase items from the electronics department, and Anna the cashier informed me i could not buy more than 10 items and I needed to go to front to check out. As a results, I requested the manager Ana asked for another cashier James, they both refused to call the store manager they were very rude and they continue to keep me standing for more than 10 minutes waiting until i begin to ask other stock clerks and look for the store manager myself. sir, I spent over three hundred dollars in this store, and previous times i have spent over 4 or 5 hundred dollars, this was very poor service from these employee and i will not visit this store again. I will give these employee an F FOR SERVICES, RESPECT AND WELCOMING ME AS A CUSTOMER, Finally, if they are reflecting this type of behavior to all people of colors you will lose millions of dollars.
