With a rental car, guests are no more than 10-15 minutes from LA's greatest attractions including Santa Monica's beach, Third Street Promenade, Century City, Beverly Hills and the major freeways. The hotel is directly across the street from McCabe's Guitar Shop, a popular instrument shop which offers live entertainment. Rooms include refrigerators, coffeemakers, and queen or double beds. There are family suites, handicap and efficiencies also available. A free continental breakfast and morning newspaper are a nice touch. Guests have access to a fax machine, laundry services and a courtyard with gas BBQ and picnic tables. There's no pool and no room service. A tour bus picks up and drops off directly from the hotel. -- Cathy Tamkin
