Baby Blues Bar-B-Q   

I remember the day Baby Blues opened. I was one of their first customers. Baby Blues is more than the Best Bar BQ restaurant in the County of Los Angeles. It is also home to many Westside residents. It is a place where everyone is welcomed, well fed and validated. Upon your first visit to Baby Blues you are as likely to see your favorite Soap Opera Star as you are to run into family, old friends or make new friends. Baby Blues has mastered the essence of creating a open and friendly community enviornment while serving delicious food. However, it is impossible to talk about Baby Blues food without highlighting the owners Rick and Danny. These two guys shared a vision, supported by friends and family, to open up a Bar BQ restaurant that served delicious food for the body and friendly customer service, care and sensitivity for the soul. When you come into the restaurant you will likely see Danny or Rick on the grill serving up the next side of baby-back ribs and they are the best ribs on planet earth. But dont worry, if Danny or Rick are not on the grill, once you get seated one of them will likely stop by your table to say hello and welcome! There are many good barbeque places in Los Angeles, and Baby Blues is one. There are subtle differences in the taste of the meat. They use a mix of Apple and Hickory wood and their rub is slightly middle eastern. you can taste under tones of cinnamon which makes this BBQ unique. While a good BBQ place, this is not the best in LA. No Knocks, No snobery it's just that when you have tasted most of the BBQ in town, you will come to know that there is better. Don't believe me? The wait was well worth it. I ate at baby Blue's 3 times in a week and still want more. Best BBQ I've ever had. Portions are good, service was excellent. I did have to wait each time to get seated but I guess that is because everyone knows that it is the best. i was not disappointed. The ribs and pulled pork are my favorites but the sides are excellent too. Did i mention that the waitresses are hot! All around a great experience.

First of all, I think we all know who "JackCalifornia5" is. Imbecile!!! Sorry your California rib joint couldn't compare to Carl's Jr. let alone Baby Blues but do leave these poorly worded reviews is absolutely abhorrent. You should be ashamed of yourself on so many levels! Now, as far as Baby Blues is concerned........WOW!!!! There isn't an item on that menu I don't salivate in my sleep over. OK, maybe that doesn't sound appealing but I think you can see where I'm going with this. The best.......by far! Keep it up Baby!! A must try!
