Gennaro's Ristorante   

My husband and I dine at Gennaro's regularly. We find the service to be exceptional. The food is delicious and the chef is very accomodating. Gennaro's has become our favorite restaurant. WE highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a romantic, quiet restaurant.

Expensive, unfriendly and the food is mediocre. Yes, go to Far Niente.

I went there on the basis of a good review I read and was so disappointed. I had the soup, which was great, but my veal was so salty is was virtually inedible and I needed 3 glasses of water just to eat 1/2. My husband had manicotti which tasted like a frozen tv dinner and the presentation was non-existant. This place has been there a long time but it baffles me. The service was horrendous. The valet had his 11 year old son working with him and he was watching TV! Go to far Niente for good italian food

Always elegent but friendly. Old fashion dining and a cozy bar with a fireplace. Great spot to talk about the meal over a cognac.
