Hana Sushi   

Just went to Hana Sushi with some friends, and it took over an hour to get our food even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. When the food finally did come, two people did not receive their entrees and one person did not receive an appetizer. Obviously, when you go to a restaurant and you don't receive food, you aren't too happy. We asked to speak to the owner, and his rudeness sent us over the top. He argued/fought with us and said he couldn't do anything about it. I was totally shocked by his lack of professionalism; I have never seen anything like that in my life. The food is mediocre at best, but overpriced.
