I helped plan my friend's birthday lunch on a Sunday and made repeated calls to their front desk staff. They confirmed our lunch for 14 people would be $15.50 per person. They proceeded to give half the 14 people in our party lunch menus and as we were ordering proceeded to tell us that they had made a mistake - they were going to have to charge us their dinner family style menu rate of $25.50, even though were were there before noon, and then took away the lunch menus they had distributed! When we notified the manager, he was very defensive and said "sorry" very nonchalantly. Note that the rates on this page claim $9.95 lunch family style per person. That is not true! It is $15.50 per person and $25.50 for dinner. And that includes all day Sunday (our reservations were at 12 noon and they still charged us $25.50 per person - since when was 12 noon on a Sunday considered dinner??!) It COULD have been a great place for us to get together for my friend's special day, WOULD have been a "regular" hang out for us (potential loyal customers times 14), and SHOULD have been if management really cared what they tote: that they care about their customers. Their loss.
