Best Steak I ever had
By Deltororocks on 10/13/2009
I don't know if the rib eye was extra delicious the last time I was there because I was so hungry, but everything was beyond perfect, one of my best dining experiences of the year. it is a little dark but I enjoyed myself tremendously better than BOA. Carmen Del Toro

The Best Ever
By RAULPEREZLAW on 08/04/2008
Mastro has by far the best filet mignon in town and rib eye. Taken many clients to Mastro and they all agree it is the best dining experience. If you want it quiet, try downstairs; if you want to listen to piano bar and make some friends, try upstairs. If you are looking for a quiet romantic evening, go somewhere else and leave Mastro for folks like us who want to have a fun. The waiters are top-notch professionals. Yes, sometimes it can take a while for your table to be ready, or for the food to arrive, but have a drink, relax and enjoy the experience. You will be treated very well if you don't walk in with attitude.

Dark and poor service
By Bernsteinis on 06/11/2008
IIt was so dark that I could not see my food. Service was poor, rude and unattentive. Why this steakhouse is rated so high is a mystery. The only thing going for them is that a few famous people dine there and the waiter could not help but point their tables out. Big deal!. He an the restaurant are snobs and the food is fair.

If you like eating in the dark ---
By Dlk531 on 06/11/2008
It was so dark I couldn't see what I was eating. Seemed to taste o.k. but Mortons is much better.
