In Short Sating Hollywood's carb cravings since 1949, this venerable institution is a classic homage to red-checked tablecloths and hearty Italian-American food. As an added bonus, the servers take turns playing the piano and belting out show tunes to the delight of diners looking on from three levels. Miceli's menu is a freeze-frame of 1950's red-sauce Italian joints. The chicken piccata swims in a lemon garlic sauce, and pasta dishes are massive. The lively crowd is filled with celebrating families, couples and Hollywood folks who love kitsch.

Try The Specials
I had the Ribeye and Scampi special for about $20.00. It was not only execellent, but it is the best deal in town (And the entertainment is free!).
Food is not that good
I don't see how anyone could say Micel's has the best food in town. Clearly that just isn't so. I have eaten here a few times in the last several months and find the food to be just mediocre. I like the singing entertainment by the staff who wait on you, but that just isn't enough to compensate for the food quality. I'm going to look elsewhere for better Italian food.
BEST PIZZA IN TOWN

The food is very good but the entertainment is wonderful. Just remember to NEVER go there on a weekend after 7pm. You may wait for well over an hour for a table.
