In Short This venerable institution is a classic homage to red-checked tablecloths and hearty Italian-American food. As an added bonus, the servers take turns playing the piano and belting out show tunes to the delight of diners. Miceli's menu is a freeze-frame of 1950's red-sauce Italian joints. The chicken piccata swims in a lemon garlic sauce, and pasta dishes are massive and hearty. The lively crowd is filled with celebrating families, couples and Hollywood folks who love kitsch.

ONE OF A KIND!!!!!!!!!!!
This is truly a rare find, in todayÂs homogeneous corporate cookie cutter of Italian restaurants. This is classic authentic Italian food at itÂs best. The food, ambiance and service is excellent. If you havenÂt tried this place, you donÂt know what you are missing. Try, and you will not be disappointed. Excellent Miceli's restaurant!
I was with my chauffeur went there for dinner. We sat and the friendly owner came up to us. We chatted with him. He's a nice guy. The music was very beautiful. I noticed everybody enjoyed to listen the music and enjoyed their meals! I'll go back there again.
Go for the tunes
Order a bottle of chianti, the Caprese salad and the raviolli, then sit back and listen to Charles play guitar. Been loving this place since 1989. Plus it's close to other fun joints to hang out in. Great date destination...
