According to legions of loyal customers, the dim sum here is unparalleled -- though the service and atmosphere can leave something to be desired, especially after 11AM on weekends. This is when most people pour in, mouths watering for pork buns, steamed shrimp (live from the tank and boiled to order by the pound), chicken feet and other Chinese brunch traditions. Affluent foodies, extended families, and groups of truculent youngsters who bear a striking resemblance to the cast of "Better Luck Tomorrow" sit elbow-to-elbow in the noisy dining room and devour the food as quickly as it arrives. The array of little delicacies being wheeled around on carts seems endless, and the quality is excellent enough to justify waiting a half-hour or more. During evenings, things are somewhat quieter and service more attentive. Sample your way through seafood specialties or grilled meat dishes. Take a moment to appreciate the gaudy glory of the dining room, with its gilt dragons and other Asian trappings. -- Lena Katz

I am a regular at this place.Just after 3 visits the employees already had an idea of what me and my dad liked. The service is really friendly, very attentive(at least on weekdays.) If you plan on WAITING in line for a while i would suggest going on the weekends. The food is excellent(authentic), very fresh.oh and to top it off the prices are decent, defenitely affordable.i just love how u can pick what u want to eat from the carts.I defenitely recomend the Taro-coconut gelatin for dessert(its under $2.)overall this place isn't that bad (pretty neat for a place that busy.)i defenitely recomend it.

asian and other restaurants

this is pretty nice. food is authantic and no jazz music/african deco like LuDinGee peking duck restaurant or some thai restaurants with western music or stinking spray cleaning bottles at Lucky Elephant or parents and children who think they own the place at most restaurants. Waiters are attentive enough without overly friendly and never leave you alone with your food or the stomach ache face waitress at Ruth chris who can get you tea only about time you are paying the check.

The dimsum was really tasty and good and yummy and they have a lot of choices and was there as early as 11am so no problem in waiting line and the staff are friendly and attentive. Chicken feet and the beef tripe still the best and oh the siomai's too. Luv their Yang Chow fried rice. And very reasonable price for 5dishes cost only $22 with drinks already.
