Pacific Dining Car   

A bill of $256.00 for four -- $39.00 for Prime Rib (ala carte) and it was not prepared the way I ordered it -- $80.00 per pound if you're counting. The crab cakes were of shredded meat and had fillers. The chocolate soufle was dry. Had to ask three times for a cup of coffee -- waiter said he forgot (I'll bet he didn't forget to calculate the amount of the tip he expected). Over all, other than being open 24 hours, you'd be better off finding a Denny's or an IHOP. Too expensive, food not prepared well -- simply not a good experience.

GREAT CUTS OF MEAT. THE SERVICE IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT. ATMOSPHERE IS AWESOME ONCE YOU GET INSIDE. THE ONLY POSSIBLE DRAWBACK IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT ONCE YOU GET THROUGH THE DOOR IT'S HEAVEN.

This is absolutely what dining should be...delicious food, superb service and elegant decor. You will pay for all of that, but with so much going for it you really don't mind.
