A tiny affordable masterpiece tucked into a Sawtelle strip mall. Superb food, charming service, delightful and unpretentious wine list, handsome low key decor. Chef Hideo is a master, with hints of Japanese and clasic French he creates a truly unique cuisine and dining experience. The calamari is amazing, the best in Los Angeles. Downside? The view from the patio is a parking lot.

Awesome food, gracious service, an undiscovered gem !!! The Airline Chicken (stuffed with spinach & cheese, then smoothered in mushrooms) was to die for//the deserts were rich & wonderful. This is now on my list of my favorites in L.A.

5 STARS!! We live in the neighborhood and this is one of our spur-of-the-moment all-time favorites. Very consistent food when ordering from the menu. The specials have always been worth trying but it's hard to pass up favorites like the steaks, calamari, angel hair pasta with duck, duck spring rolls, shrimp & black bean pizza, tuna tartare on crispy wonton, snapper carpaccio, and angel hair pasta with seafood. Fair wine list, reasonable corkage for those who want to appreciate their wine cellars with outstanding food.
