Terrible Front Door Staffing
By VeraLeyking on 07/10/2008
The food is great. The servers are good. But the front door staff is polite but terrible. I have been going here for a number a years and each time it's the sme story. Even with a reservation, I have been kept waiting at the door or the bar for at least 15 minutes anytime I have dinner after 7pm. The employees at the front desk are not honest about the estimates they give for waiting time if you walk in. IThey always say 15 minutes but it is closer to 30 or 40 minutes. If you go to this place, have dinner between 5:30 and 6:30 and your chances of being kept waiting are less.

We love a fine steakhouse.
By Rjwor on 07/09/2008
The very best steak is expensive. A lot of preparation goes into the final product. Also you have to have the very best cut of steak. Anybody can have a steakhouse but it is usually tough to eat. You get what you pay for and I am on a fixed income.

Steak House
By TEA0822 on 06/17/2008
Not bad, but WAY, WAY overpriced. A very poor value. I have been there and I love steak. But it shouldn't cost a week's dining budget for one visit. The Australian steak place, especially the new one on Brand Blvd. in Glendale. I was there last Saturday night and it was delicious and a very, very good value.
