Food Great, Clientele ?'able
By fahnia on 01/13/2006
I’ve been to this restaurant so much that, I should buy stock in it. The food is spectacular, the entertainment is like nothing else in the Valley and the servers – who are mainly females – are very easy on the eyes. I often sit at the bar and people watch…And from what I have witnessed, the customers are CHEAP and need to stay in the fast food drive thru line. As huge as the portions are no one should complain about the price of the food. I’ve heard people ask for the #24 and #15, OK, now if you can read, you will see that there are AWHOLE lot #24’s and 15’s. Come on! And then there are the large parties with 15 or 30 people and only 5 of them order appetizers and the rest say they aren’t eating. BUT want to enjoy the live music, for FREE! Come on people nothing in America is FREE! And people have the audacity to wonder why the serves isn’t that of a five star restaurant, let me tell you, it’s because these aren’t five star restaurant customers. Five star customers leave a 15% to 20% tip and it’s a shame that many African Americans don’t even know how to calculate that. (Maybe they should sick to McDonald’s until they do) I’ve witnessed this as a customer. And I think it’s sad.

Each time the food gets better and better. The service has gotten better and better as well. The gumbo is the best, banana pudding supreme, catfish to drool over.

The Best Band Ever
By shayjab on 01/05/2005
If you are looking for a good band to make u loss yourself from a stressfull week, This is the place. The Food was wonderful, medium priced, and in large portions, you can share for two or have plenty to take home. This is an extremeley romantic spot, a little small, but worth the wait.

Stevies creole cafe
By msjoez on 06/20/2004
The food is consistently good. The service is sometimes not so good. The wait staff are not attentive and the door man is the worst. If all you want is good food and service is not high on your agenda while dining out then this is the place for you
