Just about everyone is comfortable mixing and mingling at this friendly Irish pub. White-collar workers down Happy Hour pints, families feast on Shepherds Pie and potato chowder, and college kids come roaring in at night, thirsty for Guinness. There are tons of regulars, which isn't surprising when you consider that the pub has been in business more than 45 years. The dcor has character, both inside and out. In the summertime, people linger at one of the old- fashioned wrought-iron tables on the 4,000-square foot outdoor patio, lulled by the splashing of the two fountains. When its cold out, guests settle into cozy, dark nooks in one of the many private rooms inside. The interior spans several thousand-square feet, but because of the way the place is laid out, it seems very intimate. Dont get tipsy and lose your table though, or you may wander around lost till closing time. -- Lena Katz
