This is the first I heard of Tkngknd having a problem. If she hard requested that I make an adjustment on her cut I would have been glad to free of charge. I always ask if the client likes her service before they leave. She had to leave saying she liked her cut. Sometimes the way I finish the style is different than when a client trys to duplicate it at home. Sometimes the client chooses not to get the style cutting cost. Sometimes the hair after styling has a different flow due to the way hair lays dry. I don't know if that was the case here. Again I would have been glad to help her with this. Most all the newer styles have a lot of techture in the cut. If someone is not use to this it can be mind adjustment. Few of the lastest styles have precision blunt cuts. I attend cutting classes all over the US and I will match my skills up against anyone. Everyone at the salon trys very hard to communicate with the clients to give them what they want. We have many books to guide with this process. Anyone is welcome to bring a picture to help with this communication. We want everyone happy with their hair.

I had my hair done by the owner. She gave me one of the worst cuts I ever had.

I went here to get my hair highlighted and cut. I usually wait until I go home to Houston to get my hair done, but I needed to get my hair done before I could make it home. I paid over 100 dollars for my services, and the highlights basically looked no different than when I went in. The foils were put nowhere near the scalp. I had more than 1/2 an inch of new hair growth after the highlight. The highlights did not match because she did not use a strong enough bleach. i needed 40 and all they had was 20 and she insisted it would work since my hair is already blonde. Be careful.
