El Sitio Bar & Grill   

Ahh... finally a Mexican restaurant that recognizes that there's more to life than quesadillas and taco's. I cannot even begin to describe how tired I am of allegedly "Mexican" restaurants that serve bastardized Mexican food. I recently swore off of Mexican because of a terribly scarring experience at Trevinos that involved shrimp excrement. I won't go in to further detail here. Aside From ther HIGH prices! Anyway. El Sitios shrimp were plump and free of dirty veins. Their Botanas MOUTHWATERING....Their margaritas were tasty and served right up without a fuss or a wait. AND - AND! their guacamole was suppppperb! They make it ********** And it was heavenly. I give it FIVE stars! ooo And chips.... I love them so much. Try There Salsa WOW!!

I was in the area today for lunch by myself and stopped by for a quick bite. I went kind of late, around 1:30 and so there were only a few other people there.My server was prefunctory and friendly enough. I ordered the chips and salsa which were very good. The chips were very fresh and tasty and the salsa was nice...it definitely had a kick! I ordered Fajita Tacos. All I have to say is WOW!! Big Plates SMALL PRICES!! I didn't have a margarita today (it was just lunch!) but I have had before and they are really good! They are STRONG! I see that they make fresh guacamole if you order it...just for you. I didn't have it *********** the waiter make it for another customer. My bill was only $7.25 or so and they did NOT charge me for chips and salsa (though I would have been oK with it if they had). That was for two tacos and a diet coke. I'd go! If you go for margaritas on a nice night, go early. It gets crowded!
