Shogun Japanese Steak House   

There is no reason this steak house should be in the shape it is. Please rebuilt or clean the damn place up. Your food is very good when cooked by Ruben. The other cooks, cook what appears to be the same way but the food has no taste (watered down). If Ruben leaves, I leave. The sad part is this place could be an great Japanese Steak House but the owners don't care about their customers. Remodel or move out. The building has looked the same for over twenty years, inside and out. Time to open your eyes, owners.

Dirty restaurant. Also the bus boy came out with a horribly dirty shirt and threw our silverware and bowl in front of us. Used to be an excellent restaurant where the servers dressed in kimonos and made huge tips! I hope it returns to what it used to be. I like the food, the soup, but could not enjoy because I wondered if any dirty hands got into it. At least our cook was entertaining. Best wishes though; I hope you remodel.

The portions for dinner were the same as lunch. I left hungry.
