Walmart Supercenter   

First, let me say that I have been a Wal-Mart customer for years. The service has been excellent usually. However, about a year ago I moved to Cordova and began using the pharmacy at the Germantown Parkway store. I have never had good service there. The employees are rude and are not customer friendly. Last night, 4/14, I took a persciption in to be filled. There was a problem with the insurance. They have a problem with my insurance every time I take a new perscription in to be filled. The real problem occurred with the employees. Their attitude and actions were very unprofessional and demeaning. Instead of being helpful and friendly. They acted as if they were being put out by my request to have have them call my insurance company. They even walked off leaving me standing. My solution to this kind of service was to go to the Walgreens store down the street. At Walgreens, I got the friendly professional service I expect. Your store's pharmacy has never been helpful or friendly. That is a shame, because I have used Wal-mart's pharmacy in other stores and they were very good. My suggestion is to remind those people there that the only reason they are there is to help customers and be as friendly and professional as possible. Some of the tech people are very young at your store, and perhaps do not understand that Wal-Mart like other retailers depend on people like me to stay profitable. I will not accept the kind of treatment that I have received from the pharmacy. Walgreen has a new customer thanks to the beligerant attitude and actions of your store. Denny K. Cain

I recently visited your store early in the morning your employees were still stocking. One out of five spoke to me. There is definitely some disgruntled employees working at Walmart. Chris a white young man did speak. Everyone was very unhappy in appearance for a holiday season. The outside of the store compared to Target was very nasty . Trash and carts were all over. This trash blows on to the highway and into our neighborhoods during the night. I realize you are open for us twenty four sevenfor our convenience. However, I feel there is an off peak time in the late evening or EARLY hours this trash and carts could be cleaned up for the neighborhoods appearance sake. I hope this helps. Merry Christmas.
