Ceasar Paras Cali-Mexican paradise offers a dozen ways to stuff yourself silly. Choose from gargantuan platters of cheesy enchiladas, all-you-can eat tortilla chips with flaming salsa, lime-marinated fish dishes or stuffed chicken breast. good food ,good service,owner on premisis and its not a chain plus the drinks kick butt..........Needs more hot sauce !
Fresh? yes out of the BARREL !
This place is in a pretty nice location but the food????? Look, this stuff is MEXICAN, it's no big deal at all plus the fish (when offered) is no where near the quality of say, a chain restaurant like a Seafood Shack or a Bonefish.
Chips and salsa ???? whoa, yeah right I know I judge the quality of an entree by the friggen chips served ???? ...not...you can have better white corn warm chips at home ! the entrees are no where near mind blowing or innovative at all sorry to say..
How do you mess up a lousy margarita or a beer anyway ? anyplace can serve that, even newer dumps like Swanky's (Taco Stand) just down the street at Poplar and Kirby !
Best Mexican food ever tasted!
I love mexican food and have tried every place that I can find in Memphis. The food and the frozen margaritas at the Salsa are untouchable by the competition. The bad reviews have to be posted by the owners of the competition. I have eaten here once a week for 10 years and every friend that I have brought here has become as adiicted to the food as me! The best chicken fajitas you will ever pur in your mouth.
