Corky's Bar-B-Q   

I work for a company in Blytheville, Ar that uses Corkey's to cater our annual summer picnic. I still can't understand what is the big hype about Corkey's. The B-BQ is not good at all. I also went to the Corkey's on Popular yesterday and ordered me some dry ribs. They were put so much dry seasoning on the meat, either to mask the taste or something. If you want so good B,BQ rib stay away from Corkey's or Interstate (Not Consistent), go with Issac Hayes Rib plate.

THE CORKY'S IN CORDOVA IS NOT GOOD THE FOOD IS ALWAYS AND AND THE PLACE SMELLS LIKE BUG SPRAY. AND WHEN BLACKS COME IN THEIR THAT LOOK AT YOU LIKE WHAT ARE YOU DOING EATING HERE.WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE NEEDS TO TALK TO THE STAFF BECAUSE SLAVER DAYS ARE OVER, BUT ANYWHAY I WILL NEVER EAT THEIR AGAIN AND HOPE NOONE ELSE WILL EITHER THE HAS GOOD TASTE IN FOOD A&R BBQ IS THE BEST AND YOU GET IT WITH A SMILE THANKS

Good food and service ! Not always consistant with the food quality. That problem unfortunately is associated with big business practices.This review is not here to slam any business or suggest one over another, just like good ole lip smacking, chin wiping,sauce dripping southern BBQ.I would eat at Corky's again.
