The best food in town, however, as a former employee, they leave a lot to be desired in serving staff. Well run restaurant and definately the best barbecue in the world. Do not miss it, if you come to Memphis. PS: tip well!!

Corky's is just a Chili's want-to-be... for people who don't care if the meat is any good so long as they can taste the sauce, and they want another copy or the "Bloomin Onion"! Almost any DECENT barbecue restauraunt will serve you the meat dry or wet. Gridley's serves by far a better product, and doesn't pander to the Yuppie-wannabes that only want a "formula" meals.Gridley's is REAL BBQ.

The last 2 times we visited corky's the ribs were overcooked..to the point that the rib meat was totally dried out. No chew to it at all. We won't waste our money again. Funny...Rendevous is the opposite...they no longer cook theirs enough and theirs now taste like sauced boiled ribs. Germantown Commisary and Interstate BBQ are far superior on ribs.
