La Nita's Restaurant   

I love mexican food, and La Nita's is very good mexican food.

I have been eating here for over 30 years. As far as I'm concerned, nothing else even compares. When I lived out of the area, I would travel 6 hours just to eat here, and although I've tried many other Mexican restaurants, I always left wishing it had been as good as La Nita's. The staff in Atwater got to know me and would pack me up bags of chips, salsa and carrots to take home with me so I could enjoy a little piece of La Nita's from my home in Los Angeles. I will always come back here because it's the best Mexican food in the world!

As a Latina, I have to say this is the best place to eat. The food is authentic and I am a harsh critic when it comes to Mexican food. Portion's are just right and this is a place my husband loves to go to when we come to visit.
