Club Deuce Bar & Grill   

Club Deuce is aces. Attitude is nonexistent and sipping in bars is a way of life. 'The Deuce,' as it's known by locals, has the honor of being the first liquor license granted in South Beach. Neon-lit and noirishly dark inside, this spot is known for extremely cheap drinks, an excellent jukebox and an eccentric group of regulars. Drag queens, raconteurs and pretty women frequent the Deuce 'round the clock. It's open daily from 8 AM to 5 AM. Perhaps the most interesting time to go to the Deuce is during the wee hours, when club kids come in for a nightcap, and the 98-year-old woman who was a pilot during World War II is sharing some of her best stories. Once the site for several Miami Vice shoots, Deuce is unpretentious and proud of its grittiness.
