This legendary Milwaukee institution has the feel of a casual neighborhood sports bar with some of the best food in town. But beware: Though drinks are reasonably priced, there's no price list on the food. You have to go on faith or with a credit card. If you do, you'll be rewarded with some of the freshest seafood and biggest shrimp you'll ever see in Milwaukee. With its location near Miller Park, the clever moniker and a sports decor, the Fourth Base attracts large pre- and post-game crowds. But it's better known still for the truly colorful patronage that cuts across all demographic lines and provides for great people watching. The service is efficient and friendly, too.
