In recent years, Points East Pub has built a reputation for being a great place to hear top live music acts, usually rock and pop, usually Friday and Saturday night. The bar is divided into a front bar room for eating, drinking and playing pool and a back room that features glow- in-the-dark abstract/psychedelic paint lit by black lights and is intended exclusively for live music.

Very good wings
We decided to try Points East Pub after the recommendation from the Shepherd Express. The wings were very good; they were a dry rub barbecued style as opposed to the typical saucy fried type. We went on a Wednesday night, and the wait was relatively long, but overall definitely worthwhile.
Wings
I really love the wings but the wait gets kinda crazy sometimes, Wish he would do this more then on night a week. I can say the wings are the best in the city by far and wish he would sell the sauce to me !
Great Wings
I love this place. The staff is nice and the wings are the best in the city. Go with friends or go alone on a Thursday--you will meet someone during your 2 hour wait!
