excellent food and good service

Food is not bad. service is bad. 3 hours after ordering the food did anything got served.
Complain to manager, and was told this is fine dinning place, and good food will take a long time to be served.
Will not visit there anymore 3 hours for a meal is unacceptable, and manager there give a feel that it is normal and expected people to sit there and wait.
