The Dish: The Einstein Brothers came up with the theory of bagel relativity -- there can never be too many choices. Ever considered pumpkin bagels? They got 'em. And of course they also have plain, wheat, rye, poppy, sesame, blueberry, marbled and The Works. What's a bagel without cream cheese? No need to find out, since there are a dozen double-whipped "shmears" to choose from: veggie, chive, strawberry, honey and the increasingly popular reduced fat. The lunch crowd goes for fresh, hot soups and deli bagel sandwiches, plus cookies. The Atmosphere: A few tables and a squashed counter let you eat in, but most folks grab bagels on the run. Scores of office workers line up for take-out nosh boxes for a crowd or individual lunch boxes. Catering is available for home or office. Moms pushing strollers and students chowing down cheap love Einstein Brothers.
