Rate and Write a Review It's all about the Blues here, baby. Coined as the "Blues Capitol of Milwaukee," the Up and Under Pub hosts the absolute best in local and national blues acts. Set on bustling Brady Street, this laid-back watering hole has seen the likes of King Solomon, The Bel Airs and Mississippi Cactus on its well-seasoned stage. While not as trendy as some of the other bars that line Brady Street, Up and Under boasts an interior decore that's still fairly handsome with its period wooden bar, high ceilings and worn wood floors. But as the zillions of framed, autographed photos will attest, the focus is on the music, not the decor. And, chances are, with all that dancing you'll get pretty thirsty. Lucky for you, the Up and Under has more than 20 imported and microbrew beers on tap, and a staff ready, willing and able to serve.
