Barnacle Bud's   

Barnacle Bud's can be hard to find. It involves a trip down a back street past a series of warehouses and the search for Skipper Bud's boat store. If driving there doesn't work out, Barnacle Bud's is quite possibly the only restaurant in Milwaukee to which you can arrive at by boat. Barnacle Bud's is worth the trip if you love seafood or sun. Part of Skipper Bud's boat store, Barnacle Bud's is open from February through October. The highlight of the restaurant is a giant patio with a nautical theme: appropriate for a restaurant with a good view of the Milwaukee River. The menu offers a selection of reasonably priced seafood dishes, or, for those feeling fishy about eating anything pulled from the water, Bud's offers some excellent ribs.
