Caterina's   

This neighborhood bar houses an upscale but noisy Italian restaurant, where the white tablecloth- covered tables surround the centrally placed horseshoe bar. This strange layout doesn't give either set of customers much privacy or separation from one another. But Caterina's has some of the best Italian food in Milwaukee. Just be warned that if you're only heading in for a drink, you might feel as though you're intruding on a romantic little tryst in the corner. -- Christina Sarlos
