Set on laid-back, ultra cool North Avenue, this cocktail lounge is part of the same East Side bar scene that might include popular stops like Vitucci's, Hooligan's, Von Trier, BBC and the East Sider. Looking and sounding like something you might find in Los Angeles, Cush sports an alfresco-friendly, two-door garage door facade that opens onto the sidewalk during Wisconsin's warmer months. The interior is trendy and quite cozy with plush leopard print sofas, deep chairs, velvet covered barstools and fireplace. Two large TVs and a DJ booth in the corner give the bar a nightclub vibe. Attracting a mix of Red Bull-fueled collegiates and young professionals, Cush is a popular spot to enjoy a swanky martini before showing off your dance moves on the intimate dance floor.
