Pizza Man is persistently on many of Milwaukee's 'Best Of' lists for its extensive wine list. Bottles are stacked high behind the small bar in the entrance room of the restaurant, and the bartenders can help you choose a new favorite. Try a mellow Shiraz with Pizza Man's decadent pizza a la mode, topped with artichoke hearts and cream cheese, or sample a Pinot Grigio with the mussels. Also noteworthy are Pizza Man's ravioli entrees, such as the wild boar-stuffed variety. Served in a seriously compelling alfredo sauce, the ravioli have been called "little pillows of happiness" by elated diners. Parties of six or more should make reservations, as seating is tight. This is not the place to go for pizza. If you want excellent pizza, try Ziffaros.

Bad Timing

The wait is horrible. We waited 1 and 1/2 hours to sit, because we had a group larger than 4. Not suggested for large groups at all. Food's pretty good, but not worth the wait. Also, the staff is not sympathetic or helpful in trying to alleviate problems. Not recommended.

Barry & Marilyn (Hand) Finegold want to say Hi! We hope you are doing well. When we stop in you are unfortunately not around. We will make it a point to visit you in the future. Our kids are getting bigger and as a result we are gaining a little more freedom. I imagine your boys are around 30 and married. WOW!

Let's not forget about the ribs and the escagot! They are out of this world! The drinks are good,even if you don't drink wine. They definately give you your moneys worth! A great date place to sit and chat. It reminds me of somewhwhere "Friends" would frequent! We have been patrons for many years and will continue to be! Keep up the good work!
